E-file follow-up
So, I posted about e-file and how my taxes are already done and filed, right. We get a message at work this week that the W-2s may not have been correct and hold off filing until we're sure and get new ones issued for the wrong ones. Let's hope mine was correct to begin with. I sure don't want to file an amendment.

i'm just about done with our taxes. blah -- as usual we have to pay state. does anyone ever NOT have to pay the state? what's the secret??
I didn't have to pay the state, but I have no idea what the secret is. If I figure it out I'll let you know.
Cowgirl, I haven't done mine yet, but we ALWAYS have to pay state! ALWAYS!
You didn't have to pay state?! Yeah, uh-huh, your W-2 was probably wrong...
Proving it does sometimes pay to procrastinate. ;-)
